1. Overall Project Co-Ordination Team
2. Hardware Design and Implementation Group. This group is responsible for designing the hardware and is responsible for evaluating and implementing all hardware chosen for inclusion in the project. It will be split into further sub-groups with each sub-group leader responsible to the hardware group leader.
2.1 Video/Graphics Design team.
2.2 Motherboard Team.
2.3 Power Control Team (Shared with Software)
2.4 Networking Team.
2.5 Hardware Interface-Liaison Group.
2.6 Miscellaneous Goodness and Groovy Ideas Team (all other hardware suggestions and things we haven't though of yet.)
3. Software Design and Implementation Group. This group is responsible for the software design and specification, since we are likely to be using a Linux Distro as our software base, they will be in charge of getting the software to work with our chosen hardware. They will then have to work with the hardware liaison group quite closely.
3.1 Desktop Integration Team.

3.3 Power Control Team (Shared with Hardware)
3.4 Networking (Wireless and Wired)
3.5 Software Interface Liaison Group.
3.6 Miscellaneous Goodness and Groovy Ideas Team (all other software suggestions and things we haven't though of yet.)e
4. Project Management and Strategy Group. This group will be responsible for all non hardware and software issues on the project. This will also house the board of directors and the Project Ownership Trust. We need elements like this in order to interface with the outside world. As long as we have this group set up and run by the project there is less chance of the project getting taken over by interests unfriendly to our ambitions. We are the only members of the Board of Directors at the moment but this will have to change and I think we can have elections to the other seats on the board as we move forwards.

5. Aesthetics Group. This is the group responsible for the ergonomics and usability factors
